These terms cover orders placed through this website. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. There is a contract between us only once we confirm it. We may refuse an order — a dish has sold out, your address is outside the area we deliver to, or we could not take payment.

Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where it applies. What you pay is what the checkout showed you, including any delivery charge. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery and collection

Delivery times are estimates, not promises — kitchens and traffic are not predictable. Please give an address we can find and a number the driver can reach. If nobody answers and the driver cannot leave the order safely, we may have to bring it back, and we cannot refund food that has already been out for delivery.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soya and sesame, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of any of them. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you safely.

Changing or cancelling an order

Tell us as soon as you can. Once the kitchen has started your food we usually cannot stop it. Freshly prepared food is perishable, so the usual 14-day right to change your mind does not apply to it.

If something is wrong

Contact us the same day with your order number. If we got it wrong we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever suits you. This does not affect your legal rights.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
