What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. What you ordered, when, and what you paid. Any note you send to the kitchen. If you have an account, your sign-in details.

Why we collect it

Mainly to cook your food and get it to you. Also to take payment, to answer you if something goes wrong, to keep the records tax law requires us to keep, and — only if you asked for them — to send you offers.

Card details

We never see your full card number. Card payments go straight to our payment provider, who is certified to handle them.

Who else sees it

The driver sees what they need to find you. Our payment provider handles the payment. Our website and till software hold the order so the kitchen can cook it. Nobody buys any of it from us, because we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Your account for as long as you want it. Your marketing consent until you withdraw it.

Marketing

Only if you asked for it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to what we are doing with it. Contact us and we will answer.

Only what the site needs to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your basket.
